You will board the Kuranda Scenic rail before enjoying a scenic journey thru Barron George National Park to arrive in the small village of Kuranda.

After you time in Kuranda you will be ready to take the Scenic Skyrail Rainforest Gondola. This is a 7 km journey above the rainforest canopy. Experience spectacular views of the Great Dividing Range, beautiful Mountain views out to The Great Barrier Reef.
Cape Tribulation Day Tours – Tour companies will pick you up at your Cairns Hotel at 7:15am in the morning. It is only a short drive North to the small tourist town of Port Douglas. North of Port Douglas you start to enter the Daintree National Park and Daintree River. The Daintree River is a well know Saltwater Crocodile infested river. There are a couple of little tour boat companies where you can explore and look for these wild animals.
Spend 3 – 4 hours in the Daintree and Cape Tribulation National park, explore the boardwalks under the rainforest. Enjoy a beach walk on Cape Tribulation Beach.
